Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

We partner with trusted courier companies to ensure reliable delivery.
Estimated Delivery Time:
Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 4–7 business days
Remote / Rural Areas: 7–10 business days
Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, weather, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are displayed during checkout based on location and product weight.
Free shipping may be offered during special promotions or order value milestones.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped:
You will receive an email/SMS/WhatsApp notification with tracking details.
You can track your shipment through the courier partner’s website or tracking link.
5. Delivery Attempts
The courier will make 2–3 delivery attempts.
If the customer is unavailable or the address is incorrect, the shipment will be returned.
Re-delivery can be arranged, but additional shipping charges may apply.
6. Damaged, Leaked, or Incorrect Order Delivery
If you receive a damaged, leaked, or wrong product:
You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
An unboxing video is mandatory for verification.
Replacement or refund will be processed after review.
7. International Shipping
Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
Only orders within India are accepted.
