This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which cancellations, returns, and refunds may be requested and processed. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following policy.


1. Order Cancellation Policy

You may request the cancellation of an order under the conditions below:

1.1 Cancellation Before Shipment

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if the product has not been packed or shipped.

  • For digital or consultation services, cancellation is allowed only if the service work has not started.

1.2 Cancellation After Shipment

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

  • If refused at delivery, shipping and handling charges will be deducted from any eligible refund.

1.3 Service Cancellation

For online consultations, subscription-based services, or wellness programs:

  • Cancellations are accepted only before the first session, provided no work has commenced.

  • Customized wellness plans or personalized services are non-cancellable once prepared.


2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are offered in specific cases as mentioned below:

2.1 Eligible Refund Conditions

A refund may be issued if:

  • You have been charged more than once for the same order.

  • Payment was deducted but your order was not confirmed.

  • You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product (must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video).

  • You received an expired product.

2.2 Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not applicable in the following cases:

  • Opened or used herbal/ayurvedic products.

  • Products damaged due to mishandling after delivery.

  • Delay in delivery caused by natural calamities, courier issues, or customer unavailability.

  • Digital services, consultation sessions, or customized wellness plans once delivered or started.

  • Change of mind after order processing or service commencement.


3. Return Policy

As Ayurvedic consumable products fall under non-returnable items:

  • Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

  • An unboxing video is mandatory as proof for initiating a return.

Once approved:

  • Products must be returned in original condition with all packaging.


4. Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.

  • For COD orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer or UPI.


5. Shipping & Delivery Issues

  • If the courier is unable to deliver to your location, the order will be cancelled, and a full refund will be processed.

  • If the customer provides an incorrect address and the product is undeliverable, refund will be issued after deducting shipping charges.
